Our children love to “read” and look at books. I recently made each child his and her own reading nook in their rooms, and it was a big hit! They each enjoyed their own little special cozy place to look at their books and have some peace and quiet. Of course it was great for me to have a little peace and quiet too.

Here are a few key elements of a good children’s reading nook:
1. Cozy place to sit – chair (Little Reader), stool (Aero Stool), bean bag (Tryanlge Bean Bag), rocking chair (Sprout Rocking Chair)
2. Place to keep books – shelf (Aero Small Bookcase), basket, bin (Sprout Cardboard Bins)
3. BOOKS! – a variety of books to look at
Here are some extra things that may make the reading space even nicer and more versatile:
1. A table (Aero Table)
2. Art supplies/puzzles (Multi Solution Owl Puzzle) etc.
3. A cozy rug (Avalisa Bubble Rug)
